The Surf Coast Secondary Sports Academy program is facilitated for the school by sport development company Sport Support Australia. This Academy is built on a motto of ‘life skills through sport’. The Sports Academy Programs work with SCSC students to assist those committed to their sport to reach their full potential and use sport as a vehicle to develop important life skills such as resilience, mental wellbeing, perseverance and a long-term active lifestyle.
